We were all made for relationship. Honduras is a nation with a rich culture that values family and community. Unfortunately, after years of poverty, crime and corruption, many communities have been divided and many villages have lost hope. The Garden Mission is working in villages to bring healing and to help restore hope. Currently, we are gathering twice a week with students and moms at the small school in the village where we live. And we work with other organizations that are helping communities, schools and orphanages. We are providing roughly 1,200 meals a month to malnourished children and families in need. Our goal is to increase that amount and see malnourishment eradicated in Honduras.
